The firm’s two principals, Steve Thomas and Kent Smutny are licensed architects registered in the states of Washington, Oregon and Alaska. The office is staffed with professionals possessing analytical tools from a variety of development-related fields, ranging from regulatory management, to value engineering, to feasibility/financial analysis,as well as the traditional architectural and planning skills.
